In a bowl combine semolina, besan, salt and water. Make a semi thick batter. Cover it with lid and let it rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes Grease the idli moulds. Add eno salt to the batter and mix well. add water if needed. Pour the batter in the moulds properly. Let the dhoklas steam for 20 minutes on high flame.
Demould them when they are done.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, finely chopped veggies. saute them for 1-2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, black salt. Mix well. cook it for 1 minutes. Add a little water.
Add dhoklas in it and mix it properly. If you want you can add finely chopped coriander leaves too. Serve hot. Enjoy ☺
